    The hotel is comfortable, clean and in a very central location, but considering the price, it didn’t offer the value we expected. Our room overlooked a normal city street rather than having any memorable view, and entering or leaving the hotel by car often involved heavy traffic. We also found the concierge service less helpful than expected for a luxury hotel. We asked for assistance arranging sightseeing, but they were unable to help. The restaurant recommended by the hotel told us that one of the signature dishes on the menu was sold out, although we later discovered it was actually available. The breakfast offered a good variety and the quality was good, but there were long queues to get in, and overall it felt fairly ordinary for a hotel in this price range. On the positive side, a couple of staff members were genuinely kind and went out of their way to help us. They made several phone calls to assist us with finding a particular item to buy, and we really appreciated their effort. Overall, it is a good hotel in a convenient location, but given the premium price, we expected a more memorable experience and a higher level of service.

    We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The hotel boasts a brilliant location and is exceptionally clean throughout, with top-notch onsite facilities. The food was excellent with great quality and variety, but the real highlight was the staff, who were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

    Location is great just a short walk to Wangfujing pedestrian street. There’s a mall attached to the hotel accessible by escalator. Helpful staff and well organized service.

    I am a discoverist member who stays at the Hyatt many many times. The Beijing Hyatt was the worse experience have experienced. The staff do not greet you when they see you in the lobby. Gym reception gives you a cold stare with no greeting. Never experienced this before from all the times I stayed at Hyatt. I wouldn't be coming back.
