Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only. (No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
Pet fee is $25 a day + tax / per dog, up to two dogs maximum permitted per unit. (Some booking sites require a set fee of $75 per pet regardless of length of stay.)
The maximum charge per pet, per stay, is $150 + tax each. $300 + Tax Maximum for 2 pets per unit.
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for Service animals.
Pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.

Place was great. It was in an excellent location to parks and entertainment. Plenty of room for everybody… Very convenient to grocery store and dinner options.

Literally eye opening when we walked in. Much bigger than the photos in my opinion. Lots of space for the family. All bedrooms are a great size. Lots of storage and closet space. Massive laundry room! Very clean. It smelled so good when we walked in as well. Lots of towels provided even for the pool. The back deck was our favorite overlooking the small lake. We got to watch fireworks every night from the park! Our trip was to to Epic and it was less than 5 minutes away. Easy drive from the airport as well about 15 minutes (8 miles I believe it was). Dunkin and Publix are very close and a Walgreens on the corner. This place was perfect and I will definitly book this place again! Only recommendation to VRBO/Owner: need a corkscrew/bottle opener.

This unit was very spacious and largely as described with a nice view from 2nd floor. However -1) The pool and splash pad right next to this building was supposed to be open 3 weeks prior to our stay, but as of late April it was still in middle of construction. There's another nice pool a walk or drive away but we used it much less given that. And 2) there was construction happening on a unit on same floor making it difficult to spend time in the unit during day or for our toddler to nap. They were luckily able to move us to a different unit our 2nd day which helped. The walking path - which according to listing was supposedly open around the pond - was partly closed off. I don't fault the unit owners on these challenges but wish the listings were accurate so we had made a more informed decision on where to stay. Note about this unit - the two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom are quite high and there is no stool for kids to use to climb up/down so best to bring own stool and use lots of pillows as bumpers if you have a child under 6 you would like to sleep in there or someone with limited mobility. Wifi worked for us after we called the front desk to reset it.
