About this apartment rental
Modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom top floor pool and lakeview condo. Right across from the Main Pool/Clubhouse. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove & SeaWorld. Upgraded with new flooring, furniture & decor. Free resort amenities & free self-parking for several cars.
Open plan living area. The kitchen, with Calacatta stone counter-height bar and surfaces, opens into dining area for 6 and a cozy seating area and leads onto onto a top floor balcony for breakfast or sunset drinks with views over the pool and lake plus seasonal fireworks from Sea World.
BED & BATH
The luxury continues into cool havens of calm. Low level built in lighting, plush mattresses and high quality linens, smart TVs and overhead fans. The master bedroom has one king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. The bathrooms are equally fabulous with upgraded marble clad surfaces and rainforest showers.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. Lake Cay Commons Plaza is also within walking distance.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory. Super clean and convenient location. Communication was great and check in was easy. This is a good location for any event at the OCCC, close to Publix and is only a short Uber ride to multiple attractions. The bathrooms were spacious and the balcony nice for catching a breeze. Pool was fun for the families too.
