The location, views of the lake and the landscaping of the property was outstanding. . The houseboat ride, village life tours, Kathakali performance and Ayurvedic massage nearby were all enjoyable.
Some matters were not great, for example the canal that goes through the property could be cleaned better. Our geyser did not work and then they switched us to another room. The food service was excellent, but the variety could be more. The food taste was acceptable, not great. We tried to eat at other nearby resataurants

Everything about the place was nice
Only the artificial grass outside and soemtiems we had issues wiht the heater.

L'hôtel est plutôt agréable d'extérieur, les lodges sont mignons.
La piscine est vieillote, aucun matériel pour se reposer. Peu d'aide, aucunes suggestions du personnel de l'accueil pour des choses à faire dans le secteur. Le restaurant est cher et pas terrible. Wifi très mauvais.

The surroundings were good..the room ambience was good.
The toilet was not clean. The cost of food was very high. Food was not good (the fish did not taste fresh and the was not prepared properly) . The sports facilities was not maintained. The hourly house boat rent was very high (3000rs/hour)
