Backwater Ripples Kumarakom

I would rate 10/10 for breakfast as the same was above benchmark. There was variants of foods to explore and we tasted each and every food. Apart from that the location of the property was really awesome where we can visualize the sunset if the sunset while sitting on lawn. Incredible treat to watch.

There should be more of water activities since the location is just in touch with lake. Other things can involve some guest games and guest games can be anything like a competition kind of where the winner is awarded by token of appreciation just to infuse more participation.

The property is set within the backwaters of Kumarakom, Its such a beautiful view the only downside was heavy rains due to this majority of the activities had to be cancelled however the staff at backwaters made sure there was alternative activities available for the guests. Karthika a waiting staff at the restaurant in backwaters is an asset to the resort, she made sure our 5 month old baby was looked after well and made sure that our health and wellbeing was looked after throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Property location was mesmerizing which made the vaccation a perfect getway from the busy schedule. The staff was polite, helpful and made our stay memorable.

Loved the location and the new year party. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent.

The staff were not so attentive and friendly compared to other resorts we have stayed in kumarakom. No smiles at all and few staffs made me think I offended them in some way. Staff could be more friendly or at least could offer some smiles that will make the difference to the guests!
