Safe and clean part of Paris! Great hotel!

The bathroom. Basin too shallow to hold any water. Impossible shower to operate, flooded the whole bathroom and late at night no hot water

The staff were just so helpful and amazingly courteous.

The staff were exceptionally helpful but getting there by car was a nightmare and gather this was so with other people. Breakfast was delicious everything you would want.

Wonderful, family friendly and quiet hotel and nice pool area

People were smoking in the pool area where smoking was not allowed and some guests were throwing cigarette butts on the tiles. We had to take off our shoes before entering the pool area so it was not comfortable to step on a stub or cigarette ash. The service at the restaurant was quite slow but everyone was friendly so it was not a problem.

Lovely hotel in nice area of Paris, with smashing outdoor pool, delicious breakfast and great staff

Lovely hotel with great staff, quick and efficient check-in. Hotel room was standard but clean, comfy and a good shower. Could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Amazing outdoor pool. Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious.

Could do with better tea/coffee options in the room. Its a bit far from central Paris but they have lots of advice on the best way into town. We got an Uber for 20euros between 4 so not too bad as a one off.

beautiful hotel, great price, far enough out from the madness of town but close enough to explore

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was rather big and with good amenities.

I would have liked to have a thinner blanket. Even though we had the air conditioning on, it was quite suffocating under that massive blanket.
