I don't have anything negative to say. But as constructive criticism, elderly people should be aware that the beds are not easily accessible in certain apartments. So make sure that you get an apartment where you don't need to climb up the stairs to reach it since some apartments are duplex/split level.

The place to stay in beautiful Torino!

Spacious and great designed apartment in the heart of historic Torino, nice kitchenette, great shower - we felt at home right from the start! Easy entry, parking (16 EUR per day) just around the corner.

Mattress in the bedroom was a bit worn-out.

Living up high in Torino

A lovely top floor apartment bang in the middlke of Torino - pza Vittorio, that is full of cafes and restos. A comfy large bed, adequate bathroom, a kitchen corner should you wish to cook, fridge, cushy towels, daily cleaner service, lift, WiFi, breathtaking view of the side road coming on to pza Vittorio, ceiling windows with motorised blinds ..

bathroom had a damp mushy smell which was impossible to get rid of. A pity as otherwise this place was pretty flawless. Oh and prices in Torrino are aiming for the skies as well ..

Best choice for a weekend trip to Napoli, Pompeii and Amalfi Coast

At less than five minutes from main rail station and Garibaldi underground station. Refurbished flat in an old building but very nice. Very good location if you wanna use train to visit Pompeii, Sorrento or Amalfi coast.

Neighbourhood is a bit degraded, some facilities must be fixed.

Good location , Very Comfortable but difficult to locate

A larger than usual Suite with good bathroom and comfortable bed ..There is underground parking right out front

The Entry to the building is difficult to find and for travellers a WhatsApp contact should be provide ..the buliding is in poor condition and under re- construction however once in side the Suite is fine

Great location

Location is everything and the apartment is in an excellent location and within walking distance of city center, lovely cafés, museums and mini-market.

The building is being refurbished and there is no reference to this on booking.com! The mattress needs to be replaced!

Great stay in a centrally located area of Turin

Great location, friendly receptionist, good communication, clean and nice room.

The noise outside in the city can be quite loud, especially at night, so we kept the windows closed while sleeping. Fortunately, the apartment has an AC, which really helped.

Total disaster, not worth staying there. I have stayed at better youth hostels 55 years ago!

Location is perfect.

There is no staff after they check you in. The room was stinking toilet, as there is no staff, no reception, called the number on the info sheet to hear that they can't do anything. Had to sleep with the smell. Next morning plummers have come and poured bleach, The smell was reduced toilet with intense bleach smell. There was a TV but no remote in the room. You also have to open 3 doors yourself to get to your room.

An enjoyable stay in one of Turin's great piazzas.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars around the apartment. Staff were helpful and spoke English well when necessary. Parking station straight below the apartment which was handy when we hired a car.

The apartment was on two levels with a fairly narrow staircase that took us a while to get used to. The lift was rather old and slow.

lovely apartment in a lovely area that it was manned from 8am to 11am. they were able to organise a taxi from suites to train station there was a supermarket close by
