Basic accommodation and unhappy staff

Good water pressure in the shower.

Very basic. Poor breakfast. Uncomfortable lounge room. Room was not as advertised. Very small. TV was tiny. Not suited for a stay where you would spend a lot of time in the hotel. Industrial area, surrounding area is devoid of charm.

When we went there it was hot and there was no arrangement for a fan or ac.

Could've been cheaper... And cleaner.

Good beds - hard mattress great for a heavier person. Bunk bed rather sturdy and the kid enjoyed it a lot.

Could've been cleaner (under the bed was a lot of dust - keep your slippers in front of the bed). Very small room.

Not bad but could have been better

The room was very clean and the surroundings were quiet so I slept well. The shower and toilet facilities were good too.

A couple of points: - I originally booked this hotel to stay at for a business trip (Mon-Tues). I decided to come over a few days early and so made a second personal booking for Sat-Mon. At check-in, I asked if I could remain in the same room for the duration of my "two" stays and was told this was not possible. I understood and packed up and checked out on Monday, checking back in later in the afternoon. The receptionist seemed confused to see me again, despite our conversation, but finally found my booking and then put me back in the exact same room, which was frustrating as I then ended up packing up twice. I do want to emphasize though that the receptionist was not unfriendly, just could have been more helpful! - Very minor but in a hotel, where the nearest cash point is around 10-15 minute walk, having a card option on the vending machines would have been preferable.

Hotel was very basic when I arrived staff was rude because my credit card had only confirmed the booking so had to contact booking .com the man I was dealing with apologised. Would have been nice to have tea & coffee in the rooms too.

Disappointing

Small room, there was not even a chair. Room temperature was not good. Very cold when I arrived. There was a small radiator in the room, if it was off, it was very cold, when I turned it on it became too hot.
