Perfect location!

Firstly, the accommodation is literally located at the Rueil-Malmaison train station and has several supermarkets available within a 5-minute walk. Both the room and the bed were very spacious. Finally, it had a microwave and kettle for those who wanted to cook.

Although daily room cleaning is charged separately, the accommodation should provide the bare minimum. At the very least, shampoo/shower gel and towels should be changed when necessary. It was impossible to connect the Smart TV to the hotel's Wi-Fi.

Nothing, it looks like a university accommodation once you get passed the reception.

Advertised they have fans, it was 30 degrees and they said they don’t have enough fans for each room. But they have allowed one room to have two fans and not anymore for me and my friends room.

Location was good. Staff tried to be helpful and were pleasant.

The hotel near to train station and it was easy to reach to Paris, also shopping markes within walking distance. The hotel offers laundry services with good price.

There was a weird smell in the room when I arrived and it was pretty hot. There was a possibility to borrow a fan from the reception, but it wasn't an ideal solution due to loud noise.

We had to change room due to room smoke-detector bip-ing every minute. Old piece of cheese forgotten in the fridge, as well as milk perfumed the room. In the second room, the electric kettle did not work (on-off button missing or broken). Not again

En raison de travaux dans la salle de restauration le petit déjeuner pour 13€ était pris au café d’en face. Juste le minimum : boisson pain beurre sans confiture jus d’orange et une viennoiserie. Alors que dans l’ascenseur une affiche indique un petit déjeuner local bio sûrement bien plus complet. Très étonnant non ?

Le séjour a été extrêmement décevant. Le sol de la chambre était collant, la cuisine pleine de poussière et manifestement non nettoyée. La ventilation soufflait en continu de l’air froid, sans possibilité de réglage. Le pire est survenu lors de la deuxième soirée : nous avons été bloqués à l’extérieur de notre chambre sans pouvoir récupérer nos affaires. Aucun personnel à la réception entre 19h20 et 20h, malgré les horaires affichés. Le numéro d’urgence redirige vers un autre hôtel à 300 km, et nous avons dû changer de chambre sans nos effets personnels, via un coffre et un badge de secours, en attendant le lendemain pour récupérer nos affaires. Aucune assistance réelle, aucune compensation proposée : expérience très décevante et indigne du standing annoncé.
