Easy to access, basic and super clean
The lack of AC. The fan was not enough unfortunately and due to its location above a busy street it made night sleep challenging even with earplugs

Albert was a very welcoming and friendly host! He gave us recommendations for nice local spots and communicated well. The facilities were perfect for what we needed with plenty fridge and freezer space and a well-equipped kitchen. The room had a good quality fan, was cleaned daily and very comfortable.

Amazing location, by Lesseps on L3 straight into the tourist areas and with great connections. It was extremely clean and the room had its own bathroom with a very good shower and backlit mirror. There was a great internet enabled tv, a hair dryer and ample wardrobe space with hangers. The kitchen facilities were very good with a microwave, toaster and kettle as well as a good fridge space and an electric hob. It was spotlessly clean. The price was very reasonable.
The room was very noisy at night as it was above a main road with lots of scooters and cars and I am a light sleeper. There was no fan. It was hot and so even with earplugs I could hear traffic as I had to have the window open. To be honest I tried it closed and you could still hear it like it was open. Maybe rooms at the back of the property are quieter - they’re not on the road as far as I can tell. The kitchen was quiet so I’m guessing so.

The hotel was very close to the subway (L3 line), only 2 minutes away walking, and quite close to a few touristic places (Parc Güell, Casa Vicens…) and restaurants and bars. The room size was fine for two people sleeping in twin beds, and the street wasn’t too noisy. Towels were changed everyday upon request.
The entrance of the main building smelt like rotten egg, and the lift wasn’t working. We spent 4 nights in this place without ever seeing anybody at the reception: customer service is mainly handled per whatsapp.
Regarding the room itself, it was very damp - we even found a cockroach in the bathroom one morning, which made us uncomfortable. The mattresses weren’t very confortable and gave my friend backache.
