Beautiful location, balcony overlooking gardens, sea, sand and pool. Perfect for families. Two pillows which is helpful for comfort when sleeping. Spacious, shower had hot water.

Road was noisy during the day, especially the staff member who rode a powerful green motor bike that insisted on showing off its power by revving it constantly. Breakfast was very ordinary - Cold food which should be hot and very limited choices.

All about the location

Rooms were disappointing with a slight damp smell. Breakfast was poor. .Pool was nice with a swim up bar. Staff in the bar were friendly and it was my favourite part of the resort, right on the beach to watch sunsets. Beach is ok to socialise on but not great for swimming or sunbathing, unless you like a beanbag. This hotel is perfect if you want to be right in the middle of all the action.

Overall good and comfortable stay

Good location, right next to Sairee Beach. Very spacious and comfortable room and bed. Nice balcony. Cute little family of squirrels on the trees. Gentleman in reception was friendly and organised us a transfer to the port for a 7am ferry.

Cleanliness of the room, there were little bugs on the wooden furniture and layers of dust here and there. Zero water pressure for showering. The walls and doors could literally be made of paper and I wouldn’t know the difference but I guess that’s just what comes with staying in Koh Tao - Sairee beach with all the music and crowds.

A must stay in the heart of Koh Tao.

The location for this hotel really did make our stay on Koh Tao. Right in the heart with only a short walk to “walking street” & 7/11 and beach. The room was big with the comfiest beds we’ve had in Asia. The whole room was fantastic with good lighting, a massive private balcony and plenty of space to put your stuff. The A/C was also fantastic. The pool is located by the bar at the beach and is a lovely addition. The rooms can be cleaned everyday if you want. We did book way in advance as we knew we’d love Koh Tao and stayed 2 weeks. However, the closer you are to your booking, expect to pay a little extra. They also have Roctopus on the resort, which is a dive centre/school. My partner done his Open Water there and everything was exceptional, so great if you’re looking to do that also.

The back doors onto the balcony didn’t really lock very well and could slide them over. However with the private balcony it’s not a massive issue. The safe in the room isn’t bolted to anything, however is easy to operate. If you want a good night sleep you can still hear the music until say 1am. But not exactly pumping and not a massive issue for us.

We really like the location, very convenient. 20min walking to the ferry station and surrounding by food shops, restaurants and pubs.

There was smell to humidity and our Roos was near the main street and you can hear the noise of the pub at the corner. Not too bad because music went till 12am only.

Location is great!

In my opinion, a very bad hotel. Upon entering, the room it smelled bad right away. This came from somewhere in the bathroom which was not very fresh. Also entering we were immediately bothered by mosquitoes. We stayed a total of 18 hours, but in that time we killed 20 mosquitoes in our room. Last thing we had a very drunk neighbor, this is something the hotel can't do anything about, but the walls are very thin and we could hear every conversation he had. I am glad I only stayed here for 1 night because I would not have pulled more.

It was really close to the beach and to a 7/11, about a 2 minute walk to either. Really close to lots of restaurants. They offered a shuttle to the pier which is helpful as it’s too far to walk with your backpack (a taxi will cost you 300bht). the room was clean, spacious. the breakfast is at the restaurant on the beach front, was nice enough. the pool is decent though it did dye my hair green. there’s also a bar that you can swim upto which is handy. the dive school attached use the pool for swim tests which is interesting to watch. staff were all super friendly and helpful

my room was the one closest to the Main Street so it was very noisy on a Friday and Wednesday when the local bars have karaoke. it was quieter on other days but it can be very very loud. a room closer to the beach would be better

great location in the centre of where all the backpackers are. cute rooms, tidy and clean and on the beach. staff were helpful and offered free shuttle to the pier at set times. booked snorkelling trip through hotel which was handy. pool/beachfront/bar area seemed very social

toilet room was outside so was a bit annoying keeping door closed to make sure insects stayed out (had to use mosquito net over the bed at night). was loud every night, but was to be expected located in busy part of the area. pleasant beach but not the nicest in thailand.

Big and comfy bed. Luxurious room. Amazing location, beachfront and peaceful but also next to so many bars and restaurants. Friendly reception, helpful in organising taxis and motorbike rental. We were so happy with the room and bathroom and really enjoyed our stay. We also were given a free transfer to and from the ferry pier which was a nice surprise.

Bathroom smelt like damp, could need taking a look at. Lack of sunbeds around the pool and when we used the hotel bean bags on the beach we had to pay for a drink. Having said that the pool and beach were both beautiful.
