    We had a wonderful stay at Fu Chang Hotel. The location is very convenient—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the famous Ximending area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel has a slightly older design, and the TV is not a smart TV, but everything is well-maintained and in good condition. It never affected our comfort during our stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and caring. Even though we booked at the last minute, the price was still very reasonable. Before we left for the airport, they even helped us arrange a taxi and personally came downstairs to make sure we got on safely. That level of care and service made us feel very welcome and valued as guests. Overall rating: 10/10. Highly recommended! 👌🏻✨

    The hotel was decent, but I found the location less convenient compared to other nearby options. There are several hotels in the area that are more affordable and even include complimentary breakfast and snacks. One thing to note is that the elevator is located on the second floor, so guests need to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs before they can access it. This may be inconvenient, especially for those traveling with heavy baggage. Considering the price, I believe there are better alternatives nearby that offer a more convenient location and better overall value for money.

    Fu chang hotel have a staff that is very kind, very accommodating and have a fair rate of room and services. They are also have a free service of confirming ticket, foreign exchange process, taxi ordering service, luggage storage, and internet service. The room is simple and super clean, and the manager/owner is very kind, they upgrade our room! All in all 10/10 for accomodation and services! I'll definitely comeback here in this hotel next year!

    FuChang Hotel is a bit far from Ximending. On normal days, the price is reasonable. However, during the festive season, the price is not worth it, as I could stay at a hotel in a more strategic location for a similar price. One thing I didn’t like is that the lobby is on the first floor, and guests have to carry their luggage up the outdoor staircase to reach it.
