Large apartment house "Dianthus", 5 storeys. In the district of Wiesti 650 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 150 m from the house. 100 m stepped path (52 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 550 m, bakery 650 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 150 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 650 m. Mountain railway 650 m, ski rental 650 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Ruim appartement, goed geoutilleerd, lekker koel in de zomer, mooi uitzicht op Matterhorn. Qua meubilair wat verouderd.

Wir waren mit unserem 2 jährigen Kind unterwegs und die Wohnung hat super gepasst. Genügend Platz zum Toben, bequeme Sessel, alles im Retro Stil und eine tolle Sicht aufs Matterhorn.
Nur sieht man bei den Fotos nicht die erste Treppe zum Haus, welche keine Rampe hat. Es gibt aber bei beiden Treppen ein Rollstuhl Lift (braucht viel Geduld). Wir haben den Kinderwagen einfach hochgetragen, ging schneller.

Die Wohnung ist für Zermatt günstig, die 71 Treppenstufen und 2 Rampen zum Haus okay und wie beschrieben.Auch wussten wir, das die Möblierung altbacken ist. Die Farbe an den Terrassenstühlen blättert jedoch "schon" ab, der Terrassentisch ist rostig, die Lampe über dem Bett ist defekt, die Lederstühle total unbequem. Wir haben ein Sofa noch nie so vermisst.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, aber, schlecht gelüftet.Der Wasserdruck top, das Wasser heiss- und der Ausblick top
