This is the 25th hotel that I am staying in Mallorca this season (business reasons) and without serious competition the worst. Have stayed in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels and know what to expect from each - I can appreciate any hotel and luxury level as long as it is done well. The staff I have ecountered so far is friendly and the location is good; these are the only positives. Food quality is far below acceptable, guests need to clear their own tables before being able to sit down, room has mold and damages that make it uncomfortable, overall facilities are very dated. With good execution and some attention it can be easily improved so my conclusion is that they probably dont care enough. 1 or 2 stars is a better representation and for the price that I am paying it should be much better.
