We wish every stay in a hotel started by being greeted by Lucia! She was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, she started our stay here perfectly. The rooms are a good size, with a good balcony. We had a great view of the ocean. Breakfast is very good, plenty of options of cooked and fresh items.

The only things i would raise, is 48-72 hours for washing is excessive... Though Lucia did get it done for us faster, the norm of 48 hours is too long.

Better music by the pool. When we were there the rooftop bar was closed. That’s bad since we were looking forward to that. Small gym Bad smell in the bathroom in the morning, we were staying on 4th floor.

Fantastic hotel. So clean and quiet. Rooms beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Lovely pool area and roof top area. Good breakfast. No complaints about anything. Great location.

We paid for a sea view room and had a nice view of the beach. The toiletries in the room smelt amazing.

We booked the 'shuttle' and when we arrived we realised it's more like a public bus and it wasn't leaving for at least 1 hour. I think it's really misleading to call this a 'shuttle' - it's a bus. I expect a shuttle to be waiting for you and leave when you have landed - otherwise I don't understand why booking in advance and sharing our flight details and arrival time is relevant if the 'shuttle' just leaves on its own schedule. The Spa feels like an afterthought - the treatment room is small and cold, they don't offer you any water afterward (we had a deep tissue massage and were really thirsty afterward!). They charge extra to use the indoor pool, which is not worth it. The buffet is small and they close it early if it's not very busy. Overall the hotel was much smaller than expected and didn't love the area. I wouldn't go back.
