Lovely family-run hotel with great facilities and close proximity to lifts

Hotel was in a great location, proximity to lifts but also calm and quiet around. Great breakfast in the mornings. It's a family run-hotel and the owners were just lovely. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need throughout our entire stay. Overall, it's a great place with excellent facilities to stay for a week of skiing in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm area. We do recommend having a car but there is a bus stop just a few minutes away down the hill with a regular day and night schedule throughout the area.

If we had to pick anything to note, a small room fridge would have been a nice addition to the room facilities and an option for dinner (half board) to avoid needing to plan dinners away after a long day of skiing. For dinners, we do recommend to book your dinner places in advance as restaurants fill up quickly.

Superb

The breakfast was very good with a big variety to choose from. The host is very kind and helpful. Since the property is a bit far from the shops, Elisabeth (the host) offered to take us to the supermarket. I also got sick during our stay and she took me to the doctor.

The property is quite far from the shops and restaurants. The busses don’t always drive until the bus stop to get to Haus Spieleck and from the bus stop there is a steep hill to get to the house. It would be much easier to get around with a car.

Friendly, comfortable pension & apartment at great loaction.

Great breakfast and enormously friendly hostess. Short walk to the skilift/slope (100 m). At the end of the valley, but right at the best ski slopes. Also during warm season the best starting point. And the best sauna ever. Third time we've been at Haus Spieleck and we certainly like to come back. Also a visit to Lindlingalm, at the end of the valley (sleigh ride, good food) is recommended.

Cute family-run hotel

The hotel is located in a perfect position, directly accessing the slopes in Hinterglemm. We had a nice view from our room and had a nice balcony. Also the room was spacious enough. The owner is very sweet and gifted us homemade honey when we left.

Overall it was all good, just remember to bring soap for hands and body.

Aangenaam verblijf.

De ligging vlak aan de piste. Het vriendelijke personeel. De dag van het vertrek heeft de gastvrouw zelfs voor ontbijt gezorgd om 5u30.

De accommodatie ligt een eind buiten het centrum, dus je moet telkens de auto nemen om ‘s avonds te gaan eten. Als het hard gesneeuwd heeft , geraak je daarna niet meer met de auto aan het verblijf. (Zelfs niet met winterbanden) De bedden en kussen zijn aan vervanging toe.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei einer großartigen Gastfamilie und einem top Skigebiet.

Unfassbar liebe und gastfreundliche Familie, die den Aufenthalt sehr besonders macht. Leckeres Frühstück und der direkte Weg auf die Piste ist grandios.
