Amazing stay all around! Simone was a lovely host and gave us a lot of recommendations for the area and the rest of Italy. The location is close to a lot of winerys and some lovely villages. The room was cool and cosy.

Fantastic Tuscany stay

Simone’s property was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed drinking wine in the garden and relaxing from the crowds. The authentic Tuscan feel of the room and property was fabulous , this was my husband’s favorite stop. Don’t miss out on the wonderful breakfast , and great conversation. Simone gave us great suggestions on dinner and wineries

It was a great one. The host was very kind and accomodating, gives recommendation and prepared us a good breakfast.

The location was perfect if you like the countryside, away from all the noise of the city. It was a cute place, I like the structure cos I like all things old - they are full of history. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and also the blankets, which kept us from the cold of the night. It also has a nice garden.

It’s very cold. The heating in the room seems not enough, and it’s like colder in the room than outside. But doesn’t really matter for sleeping cos the blanket makes you warm.

Great place to stay!!

It was a nice & comfy stay in this cute house. It’s a cool and rustic house that Simone has taken care of very well. Room is very clean and cozy. Simone made all pastries for the breakfast for the guests. It’s very nice to have a breakfast in his cute kitchen, sharing traveling information with other guests as well. I highly recommend this place.

The location and the natural bath nearby was amazing experience in Tuscany. We appreciated the hospitality of Simone. Everything was made with love, gentleness with consideration to the surrounding nature which is fabulous. The whole stay was like being in a real fairy-tale. Thank you very much, Simone, for your kindness as well as delicious breakfast in your picturesque kitchen. We also liked the backyard where we enjoyed our habitual morning coffee:-) Thank you. An excellent place to stay in if you have a car and can move around. Please show this place some love and stay at least

Property is located at the very quiet location within the beautiful area of Chianti. I particularly liked the traditional yet modern and well maintained building and amenities. Please mind, rooms have no aircondition but you really don’t need it cause the thick brick stone work is insulating very well and I slept very good. Mr Simone prepared an excellent breakfast for the days I stayed combining salty and sweet local treats - his kitchen is beautiful and kept ij traditional style! The property is well located right in the middle of all important villages and sights of Tuscany. You do need a car to move around but once you are there you get everything like parking, good WiFi, excellent breakfast (let the owner know the day before so he has time to prepare), a well sized and clean room and a very peaceful and enjoyable time.

Everything was perfect. The fact that the rooms don’t have tv did not bother me at all. You will appreciate the lodgement and the nature around it much more like this trust me.

Very friendly host, gave us info and tips regarding the area. There's a special atmosphere at breakfast, in keeping with the accomodation theme, so it's unique and most probably enchanting for kids especially. A sort of fairytale style. The garden is nice to sit in. There's a few cats around.

I hate bedspeads - they're a thing of the past to me anyway, but with covid-19 I especially hate to touch them. In all fairness, they seem to use them a lot in Tuscany in general, not just here. My suggestion: getting rid of them will make the bed a lot more inviting, and you can create an atmosphere even without them.

Your home in Tuscany

Simone makes his guests feel immediately at home. He goes out of his way to ensure you have a perfect stay in Chianti. Highlights were his amazing breakfast served in his lovely 500 year old farmhouse kitchen. He makes great eggs! We were treated to walnuts grown on his very own trees and delicious local cheese. He also has the best shower in Italy - great water pressure! Our room ‘Peter Pan’ was at the back which meant it was quiet and cool - no aircon needed. Simone gave us maps, directions and dinner suggestions. The location is very central so easy to get to all the best places in Chianti. He is a perfect host. Enjoy your stay.

Really hard to beat the value you get

Excellent place with parking across the street and especially happy with the host. Simone is really frendly, full of good suggestions, and most of all great host. He also prepared our breakfast, surprised us with home made cake which was amazing. There is also lovely garden in the back but due to bad weather we unfortunately couldn't used it. Will return when in Tuscany again for sure and recommend further.

Tranquillità e comfort nel cuore del Chianti

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido casolare a circa 7 km da Castellina in Chianti: immerso nella natura, è il luogo ideale per chi cerca pace e relax. La struttura è curata e ben tenuta, in perfetto stile toscano. Simone, l'host, è stato simpatico, disponibile e molto accogliente. La nostra camera era delle giuste dimensioni, arredata con gusto in stile rustico toscano, pulita e confortevole. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo è stato poter parcheggiare la moto praticamente davanti alla finestra della nostra stanza: non coperto, ma comunque in un’area sicura. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma abbiamo trovato a disposizione una macchinetta del caffè e un bollitore: piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza e rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la tranquillità e la bellezza della campagna toscana.

La struttura è immersa nel verde in una zona tranquilla , parcheggio disponibile e gratuito di fronte all B&B . Il proprietario presente è molto gentile , ci ha anche dato tanti consigli su cosa vedere e fare nella zona . La camera è allestita in modo particolare e piacevole .
