About this house rental
In the heart of Chianti, 193 square meters of tradition in a house that does not give up comfort: these were the foundations of the restoration of this large farmhouse, with ancient Florentine terracotta floors, wooden beams and typical stone stairs.
WELCOMING
On the ground floor living room and dining room open onto a large garden with barbecue, chairs, table, benches and even pizza oven for outdoor dining.
COMFORT '
On the first floor: large kitchen with fireplace and all appliances necessary for a carefree holiday, well two bathrooms with shower + 1 hair dryer, 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin + 1 baby bed), dining room with pellet stove + TV, wardrobe-including iron and ironing board.
For CyCLISTs enthusiasts a closed room where to leave the bicycles safely!
ATMOSPHERE
The classic furniture and their traditional Tuscan create a cozy and intimate, perfect for families and for anyone who wants to enjoy a complete rest surrounded by the green of the olive and cypress trees in Tuscany, but only an hour from Florence.
EXTRA:
100 euro deposit against damage (will be returned at the end of your stay) 80 euro final cleaning.
Wood (optional) 5 € to the container. Pellets 4 EUR / bag. LPG for heating, in the period from October to April (depending on temperature), 10 € / night.

A wonderful old house in the heart of Chianti. The furnishings are good—not ultra-modern, but they suit the house and the landscape perfectly. Everything you need is there. Vannozza is a very kind and welcoming host. Thank you for the lovely time!

We stayed at Vannozza’s Casa for four weeks, joined by several friends. The house is very authentic Tuscan full of history. Panzano is a lovely town with a great Sunday market and good restaurants and it is a good location as a base for day trips and nice walks in the area. The coop is close by. The road in is a bit rough so it is good to have a SUV type car. Vannozza is an excellent and responsive host and she was amazing in helping us when we had a medical emergency.
