Hotel in front of the beach

Hotel in front of the beach in a small village with its own beach. A small private patio, comfortable for hanging your wet clothes and sitting outside the room. Parking included.

Villa Mare

The planing of the apartment was good. The bar and the team working at the place was nice and helpful. The closeness to the beach was perfect(stone beach).

The apartment had quite outdated furniture, missing some kitchen equipment and only one fan (no air condition). To warm to sleep during high season. The out door area was nice but facing in to a wall.

Great location, big parking, but too expensive

Location is great, very close to the beach. There are also two quite good restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. The room and bathroom were both big and very clean. The morning view from the balcony was amazing. Staff were polite and helpful. They can provide a breakfast, but it is not included in the price. The most valuable in my case was the parking place. I got the remote control of the gate and I could discover Elba with my car without fear that I would not find a free parking spot when I come back to the property.

120 EUR/night and no AC in the room. Wi-Fi signal was very weak and useless. The refrigerator was small, but the main problem was its inability to cool anything. The room was big, but the furniture was basic and outdated.

Точно не могу сказать сколько лет этому отелю. Но я вырос в девяностых и вот летом когда уезжал к бабушке в село попадал в точно такую же историю. Они берут 250 евро за ночь предлагаю тебе заселение вечером выселяют тебя утром. И не хотят даже что-то улучшить для клиентов.

Piacevole esperienza

Il personale è stato accogliente, disponibile e cortese. La camera era pulita e in ordine, il letto viene rifatto tutti i giorni, così come il cambio della biancheria, se richiesto. Il residence si trova a Bagnaia, una località molto tranquilla ma servita da bar, un piccolo alimentari, ristoranti e tabacchi. A pochi km si trova anche un Conad. C’è un comodo parcheggio gratuito a disposizione del residence, protetto da cancello automatico. Semplicemente attraversando la strada si arriva sulla spiaggetta di sassi di Bagnaia, il mare è pulito e la spiaggia mai affollata e frequentata da turisti del posto. La spiaggia è perfetta per un aperitivo o una pizza mangiata al tramonto, in quanto il sole tramonta proprio di fronte. È un posto adatto alle famiglie e a chi vuole stare lontano dal turismo di massa e dalle località più di moda e caotiche, che sono comunque tranquillamente raggiungibili in macchina. Se si cerca il divertimento, i locali alla moda o la spiaggia di sabbia bianca, sicuramente non è il posto adatto.

Alcuni elementi del residence sono un po’ datati, come la rubinetteria del bagno, ma comunque puliti.

Senza infamia e senza lode

Possibilità di parcheggiare in area recintata con accesso da cancello automatizzato. Posizione confortevole proprio davanti alla spiaggia di bagnaia e servita da 3/4 pizzerie/ristoranti a pochissimi metri

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una bella rinfrescata, pavimento/rivestimenti (alcune piastrelle rotte)nonché suppellettili, sanitari ed infissi risultano alquanto vetusti/logori seppur assolvano ancora la loro funzione. Inoltre dalle camere affianco e da quelle sovrastanti si sente il minimo rumore

Die Insel ist ein Traum zum Ausspannen und die Segelschule nebenan lässt dich Spaß haben.

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, dass war kein Problem denn man konnte direkt neben einkaufen oder frühstücken gehen.
