Satisfied with the stay in the hotel, location is good, shopping centers are all around the hotel within walking distance.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds. We stayed for 2 nights. We have to wait 1 hour to get another room ready so we were able to stay in the same floor. Checked in at other room at 3.10pm, we smelled the smoke in the room. The hotel is non-smoking. They changed us to another room which in different floor. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Beside all of issues at the check-in day, the rest was good stay.

Hotel room is spacious. Walkable to malls but the traffic is rather bad. Overall still a nice hotel.

We stayed for 2 separate date 1. First date check in the room was good, clean and kids friendly. All the table and chairs are in curve shape. Kids friendly room 2. 2nd date check in, the staff said they upgraded the room for us. However we found the room were much smaller than earlier room and full with smoking smell, table and chair also with sharp corner. We requested to change room, they have given us another room without smoking smells but still full with sharp corner. They have installed temporary softener but not useful.
