    I chose this stay despite the on going construction, where I read that the construction is causing noise and inconvenience. The name Kempinski has always been top notch and well known and I had stayed in different Kempinski before. For a residence hotel, I am shocked that the room does not have utensils for dining. I asked for kids necessities and they only have slippers and toothbrush. No body wash or shampoo sighted. I was not briefed on the breakfast / wifi availability during my check in. I booked the room with breakfast and kids below 11 stays for free. My first 2 days of breakfast was ok, and on the 3rd day, the hotel staff snucked a bill on my table when I wasnt looking. Upon checking, they billed me for breakfast for my 7 yo kid. I was the informed that my room does not come with breakfast for the kid. What is kids stay for free then? My previous stays with other hotel always include breakfast for adults and kids if I opted for breakfast. This is the first time hotel only bill me on the 3rd day. Overall it was ok, but just not what I expected from this hotel name. By the way, even my kid told me that the sofa and carpet is heavily stained. I do not know what to expect from a 5star anymore.
