Milan was a wonderful host, very friendly and attentive. The apartment was lovely and the balcony was definitely a highlight, with a beautiful, spectacular view. Having a place to leave the car was also very convenient. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
Not really a negative, but definitely something to keep in mind: getting back to the apartment from the Old Town involves a very steep uphill walk and two sets of stairs. Dubrovnik is also extremely hot in summer, which can make the walk quite demanding. Since the Old Town is best explored on foot, if you arrive by car, it’s convenient to leave it at the accommodation and walk everywhere, but be prepared for the climb back!

Location is not ideal since for first timers with luggage one has to climb atleast 500 steps and not at all recommended for faint heart. This should be mentioned in property description.
