Villa Homa

Property had a code locked door which helped us feel safe. Owners left beers in the fridge for us and made the pull out couch for us at our request. Great view and property was clean.

Property is down a fair amount of steps and makes it difficult to get to with luggage. Additionally the closest parking is for residents only so guests must pay 40+ euros per day for parking about 20 min walk away. Also there were not enough towels for the number of guests. Bathroom has a ventilation hole that allows you to hear the neighboring apartment crystal clear. There is a window on the first floor that does not have a shade and unfortunately that allows the street lights to filter in all night. Access door to the balcony is very small so you need to crawl to get through it. Stairs are painted all white which look nice but when it is darker in the apartment it is hard to see the difference from one step to the next and multiple times I almost tripped. Finally, there was only one key for the main door and no way to lock from the inside without the key so if your party wants to do different things you either need to leave at the same time or have someone stay in the apartment locked inside. You could leave the apartment unlocked but downstairs there are two other rooms for rent (pictured) so those renters could go into your apartment if they wanted to while you’re gone.

Convenient location in old town. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location and Ivanka was a wonderful host.

Great location and price

Didn't read the fine print on paying cash upon arrival. As we were only there one night it was a bit difficult to coordinate this at check in. Additionally the bathroom is outside of the room as listed which is fine, however it's in a hallway next to another room, which was at times a tad awkward.
