The property was very clean, the garden and pool area were well maintained, and the house had practically everything we needed. We feel we were lucky with the house as well. Between the two houses, just having noisy neighbours could have made the experience very different.
It was the first time we've stayed at a five-star hotel that didn't provide a simple pair of slippers. I would also recommend replacing the garden access door, as it is rusty and doesn't close properly.

Friendly staff and a comfortable stay
We planned a birthday party at the resort and I would say the communication via email was slow in the planning process
