Smooth check in process, some missed communication between my booking and the facility at the beginning. But place was nice and relaxing

After spending nearly three weeks traveling through Spain and Portugal with our three young children, this was, without question, the best place we stayed.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator and a bottle of champagne, which was a thoughtful touch. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax.
The pool was one of the highlights for our family. Unlike many places we stayed, it was open late into the evening and early in the morning, giving us plenty of time to enjoy it. Our kids absolutely loved it.
The location was also excellent. It was just a short taxi ride into the heart of Lagos, and the property also offers a shuttle service for guests, although we didn't need to use it.
By the end of our stay, none of us wanted to leave. We fell in love with both the property and Lagos itself. If we're fortunate enough to return to Portugal, we would absolutely stay here again—and next time, we'll plan to stay much longer.
I can't recommend this property highly enough. It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable family vacation.
