The view, the pool, the room

Nice location, view, & pool. Unique and beautiful 2-level interior with 2 full baths & personal terrace.
The stove barely worked; it took much longer to cook food than normal because of this.
We used the laundry service because we were told that we would get it back within 24 hours. They wouldn't accept it on the evening of our arrival, so we gave the laundry to them at 8 AM the next morning. The following morning when we wanted to leave at 8 AM, our laundry was not done. I'm not sure they had even begun it. We had to wait until after 10 AM to finally get it back, and at this point, much of it was still very damp. This was very disappointing because we lost 2 hours of our travel time and still had to carry damp laundry with us.

Baldakin bed far too spacy.. why this huge bed in tiny room?
Also, terrible cushions
Also why Swimmingpool only indoors, a
