Excursie scurtă

Apartament ok dar trebuie revizuit , poate să convină unei familii , în principiu poate să răspundă unor criterii de bază dar se poate mai mult . Patul și canapeaua nu sunt cele mai convenabile și cele mai confortabile. Dar nouă ne-a plăcut chiar dacă nu am fost super încântați

Totul este vechi și nu e curățenie deloc,lenjeria de pe pat lasă de dorit,patul era rupt,la baie mi-a căzut dusul in cap,chiuvete foarte vechi și cabina de dus la fel .

Uprzejmość personelu, uprzejmość ochrony, dbanie o czystość, Panie z recepcji pomocne w każdej sytuacji, cisza spokój dobre miejsce na odpoczynek, przepiękny basen, dobre miejsce na relaks i odpoczynek, blisko do morza i centrum złotych piasków, prosta droga po schodkach w dół do morza, no może z powrotem trzeba podejść w górę,ale to są górzyste tereny i bardzo dobre powietrze. We wcześniejszych opiniach czytałem ile to narzekania było że niewygodnie ,że daleko do morza, nie prawda bardzo blisko do morza i do centrum a podejście po schodach to dla zdrowia i po drodze można posłuchać świerszczy, blisko do sklepów które są czynne 24ha, jeżeli kto nie chce chodzić do morza to na miejscu ma piękny basen i może się zrelaksować dziękujemy za miły pobyt.

Namolny sąsiad trochę popsuł nastrój i przeszkadzał w odczuciu prywatności, chodzi o balkon , wychodził na balkon i opowiadał jakieś nie prawdziwe rzeczy i przeszkadzał w odczuciu prywatności i odpoczynku, a co najważniejsze to nie był miejscowy tylko Obywatel Białorusi który tam zamieszkał z niewiadomego powodu, moja rada nie dyskutować z nim tylko dzień dobry i koniec i powinno być dobrze.i rada dla gospodarza żeby zwrócić na to uwagę żeby ten pan nie psuł komuś komfortu odpoczynku i prywatności.

Mala gestion

La piscina

Para mi gusto no estaba del todo limpio, las camas del comedor 1 estaba rota haciendo muy incomodo dormir ya que te caes para abajo. La chica de la recepción era amable pero no puede responderte ninguna pregunta sin primero decirselo a su jefa, la cual no esta nunca. Como no estaba la jefa no podiamos acceder al parking, teniendolo que aparcar en la calle y se lo llevó la grua. Alfinal tuvimos que pagar el parking de otro hotel…..

Well worth the price, unforgettable experience :)

A nice apartments complex located not too far from the center of Golden Sands, close to the road but still in a quiet place. The administrator Diana is friendly and helpful, as well as the housemaid Fili. The room service is provided on a daily basis (except Sundays and public holidays). The apartment was big, equipped with everything necessary, including the kitchenware. There are some BBQ facilities outside as well. I could park my car just near the entrance to the complex, but there's not too much space, so I guess it might be a problem during the high season. The view from the terrace and the terrace itself are just awesome!

Though the room service was provided daily, in some places there was still spider web which wasn't removed, and some dead insects' bodies could survive 1-2 cleanings. It was a rare thing, so I can't say it's a real problem, fine in general. The beach is located a bit far, but if you use the stairs just opposite to the complex instead of the road, it's about 2 times shorter (800m vs. 1.5km)

Nice hotel, great location, horrible cleaning service

Location is placed 15minutes on walking distance from the beach, is isolated and quiet. There is parking available at the location. The receptionist was nice, polite and helpful.

The cleaning was horrible. There were spider webs in the corners of the room and if you watch under the beds you will ruin your stay. You will find a thick layer of dust, dead bugs, hair and everything under the beds. The bed covers were dirty, the drawers had a lot of small debris from the other travelers. We stayed almost 4 days and nobody came to clean in this time (not even new toilet paper or taking the trash out).

Passable

The apartment was spacious with good arrangment and view. The bad thing is the shower doesn't drain the water and it keeps have dirty water on the shower's floor.

The staff (except houskeers) was weird, bad english and difficult to comunicate with them. The doorman (or what is called security guy) was the rudest person i have never met, its like u r entering a prison during the cominism period. We reported him to the manager, and they said it is not the first complain about him. But still he is there!!

Very dirty

Location not bad- like 15min walk to beach, pool was nice

Floors, dishes, toilets so dirty, looks like wasn’t cleaned for months. Cant even walk without slippers, socks dirty in 2min. On the check out morning nobody was in reception and finally security guy came rude and angry because it wasn’t him job to check us out. And all of them - reception/security/manager was not talking in english.

Great facility for people with small kids, well equiped kitchen

In the bathroom the water was leeking after shower. The cleaning ladies were coming to pick up the garbage at 3 o'clock. Normally at this hour the kids are resting.

Disappointed and false alarm with the breakfast!!!

The pool was clean

When we found this accommodation place they were saying the breakfast in included. When we talked to them they said that there is no way breakfast is included because they do not have a restaurant. So be aware of false breakfast label when booking!!! - unfriendly staff - Very very dirty - No sponge to wash the dishes - The main line we heard in the first day from the manager was: you can leave somewhere else if you do not like it. - Internet only in the loby. We had a router in the apartment but they didn’t want to give us the password - The internet stops after 23:00 - the rooms were not ready at 14:00 and we were not allowed to use the pool while waiting. In the last day we checked out at 10:30 and stayed at the pool as long as we wanted.

Serious cleanliness issues! The shower cabin was never cleaned! The windows of the rooms had the amprents of other people , the floor was like a public area ( even there is cleaner from the wind) if you put ur feet down with socks for example they become black after few steps. The pillows were smelling like a dirty wet head. If u think i exagerate, just go there and see it on your own!

The host was excellent. very warm and friendly. Apartment very big fully equipped with everything even wash and iron machines. Internet only lobby. 15min walking till beach. Parking garage very cheap. Cheers
