Location, location, location

Dinner menu was a bit basic. But to be fair they are catering for families. I would have liked more Austrian cuisine and the presentation could’ve been better.

Beautiful location and great accommodations. The room was way more than what we were expecting. We had a pretty late arrival and they were more than happy to accommodate us and left us the ability to check-in. We would stay here again easily. The little 2 bedroom worked out perfectly! Nicely decorated, modern and updated. It was a great stay!

Not even a complaint, but the breakfast was a little smaller than what we were expecting. Still good and more than plenty, but after staying at comparable places and with as nice of a place as it was, we thought there would be a little more. However, this would by no means keep us from going back. The place was great!

very clean rooms, even with a group of three the room was still spacious enough. enough space for clothes. room pretty newly renovated.

don't go have dinner there. the food is exceptionally bad. we were amazed by the piece of meat they sold as Schnitzel. the staff was smoking in the dining area, everything in the dining and breakfast area was smelling like cigarettes. breakfast was mediocre, but they prepare you fresh fried eggs if you want. in general, the staff and the service were very "loveless", almost unkind. every time we needed something like information or the Menue we felt like we weren't welcomed and the staff person reacted as if we were interrupting while they were just smoking a cigarette.
