Excellent location, very clean, very helpful staff

The blind at the window could do with renewing as it wouldn't close properly

7 / 10Good·Oct 2026

The staff were available 24/7 and always happy to help and the location was good

The beds were not very stable. The TV didn’t have signal for most channels and the furniture was a bit old and worn

Traveling alone I felt really safe and really welcomed. There was good Parking and it was a nice area. Great access to central London and good local Ships just 10 mins walk from Preston rd station. A great affordable stop over for London. Would recommend

I had no dislikes

Friendly polite host. Good alternative for visiting Wembley stadium.

Some surfaces of room and bathroom needed cleaned better. Given a ‘family’ room as upgrade. However it was tricky to move about the room with the extra single bed in the way. A person with mobility issue would have struggled. Shower cubicle needs attention - water spray not direct and door was fiddly to work with.
