Novotel London Wembley

The Hotel was very comfortable and in a superb location for Wembley. Staff were excellent. Very attentive, The Room we had (Executive Room) was large and just what was required for our family of 4 which included 2 teenagers. The room was also very clean. Breakfast was good, buffet style which suited us. All in all a very good hotel.

The only thing that put me off this hotel was we booked for the location my daughter is autistic and gets burnt out easyily so the thought we could walk straight out of stadium to the hotel in 5 mins however no fault of the hotel but the amount of people around that area we had to que for another 20 mins because they’d blocked the whole area off we asked security to just get through as the hotel was literally meters away and they wouldn’t let us past that in the crowd really let us down wanting location but again no fault of hotel but when you’ve had enough of busy areas you want to get to the hotel as quick as possible

room was comfortable, location was great, easy check in and checkout. the staff was very friendly.

the wifi never worked. we called the front desk to get it fixed but it was never fixed, i had to work with my roaming data instead of the hotel wifi. the air conditioner also didn't cool the room.
