    Last minute booking for concert but would not recommend. Many travellers complaining about cleanliness of rooms while we were there. We had blood stains on our bed covers, these were replaced when complained about however we woke up with bites on our ankles so possible bed bugs. Have since read reviews of people complaining 4 months ago of blood stained bedding. Staff were pleasant to ourselves but did over hear them being rude to other complaining guests. Rooms are a mix of mod cons and tired. Battered furniture and rotting bathroom door but then touch screen pad for lighting and air con. Tv in bathroom although it didn’t work. New bathroom but rotten door. Has the potential to be a good stay after a severe deep clean. Lift out of order and no help offered with luggage up and down stairs.

    We stayed here for a concert at Wembley. Absolute perfect location, on the doorstep of all the shops, bars and of course the stadium!! The room was comfortable, however there was a lots of makeup stains on the carpet. This didn’t bother us all that much, however they are very noticeable. Tea/coffee refreshments in the room but no teaspoon to stir with so don’t forget to pack one!! Bathroom was clean and lots of fresh towels - if you leave the shower for a couple of minutes the temperature does kick in!! We didn’t stay for breakfast, however it smelled lovely and the dining area looked nice. We will be booking to stay again!!

    The lift was not working and the floor was on 3rd floor so we had to leave are bags at the reception
