    Having read some bad reviews, I was a bit worried, but was pleasantly surprised. Yes room was a bit tired, and a few marks on carpet( looked like makeup) But room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent ( when I'd worked it out) Staff friendly. I knew about £50 deposit before, so was prepared

    Room was perfect loved the light features and ac great and easy to use. Extremely comfy bed and clean room. Shower was amazing! Only complaint was the lift was broken so not great if you’re on the 5th floor and balcony is quite small and the road outside can be loud. Enjoyed our stay though! Great hotel.

    I stayed here as we was attending the harry styles concert - 5 minute walk from Wembley stadium & the room was perfect for me & my young daughter. Staff very friendly & helpful

    Booked a normal room got a room for Handicap. Lift was not working had to walk four floors .Bathroom Hot/cold water balance broken knob so could only use extremely hot water.Reception desk person couldn’t not even assist with booking an Uber on our phone app .Lights in the room automatically were switching on two times a night . We left at 8am with the Make my Room sign outside we returned at 2pm and the room was still not made.The hotel is Only suitable for the purpose of attending events at Wembley stadium .
