Imóvel bem limpo e organizado, Marina é uma graça, sempre nos respondeu prontamente! Recomendo * falta apenas alguns utensílios como garrafa térmica, pa ela de pressão e outros.

O apartamento é grande mas cheirava mofo, o anúncio falava de 3 banheiros e na verdade eram somente 2, o terceiro segundo informação da proprietária havia sido há muito tempo desativado para fazer um despejo. A TV a cabo não funcionou e o aquecedor não dava conta de 6 banhos seguidos, normalmente 3 banhos eram frios. Apartamento próximo da praia e de carro bem perto do shopping também.
