A casa é um sobrado bem limpo e organizado, ela faz parte de um mini condomínio de 10 casas iguais, que compartilham a piscina, mas pelo tamanho da piscina , isso não é um problema. A churrasqueira é particular, fica numa varandinha de frente para a piscina.
Ela fica um pouco longe da praia, conforme mostra no mapa mesmo.
Acho que o descritivo do site pode ser mais detalhado, mas não tive nenhuma surpresa desagradável por não ter sido, com certeza voltaria a alugar.
