O apartamento é novo, em bom estado de conservação, bem localizado, assim como toda a estrutura do prédio. As fotos são bem fiéis a realidade. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e responde rapidamente aos questionamentos. Passamos uma estadia bastante agradável

Imóvel muito bem localizado em condomínio com ótima estrutura, entretanto apartamento carente de manutenção, sem televisores nos quartos.
Administrador extremamente educado, porém a unidade deixa a desejar no quesito manutenção.
