Fantastic pools and location for the main promenade in Ao Nang and Napparrat Pier for the ferry to Koh Phi Phi or the night market. Beautiful grounds and outstanding service from all staff.

What’s Good? Direct each access Spacious room What’s Really Bad. Reception staff on check in, there was no greetings of welcome or smile, straight into passport copying and ‘you sign here’ without giving you a chance to read what you’re signing. We checked in at 4pm, room was not ready, booked twin room was given a double bed, this was only changed after 4th insistence. I’ve not seen this low level of service for the price paid, even the smallest hotels we stayed in across Thailand came with the warm welcome!,! This had truely set us off to a terrible 5 nights stay, very disappointing. False advertising for ‘Luxury Grand Pool Room’, the picture featured is not the room allocated,. Housekeeping - room was not made up after 3:30pm inspire of speaking to the staff at 10 and pressing the room make up button, so all of us had to wait for towels and water after returning from the beach. Breakfast- most food were cold except for the egg station, but fruit were sufficient.
