    Por perder mi tren tuve que quedarme en Madrid la noche del 23 de diciembre. Afortunadamente encontré habitación en este hotel a un precio muy razonable y muy cerca de la estación. La habitación es buena para una estancia corta, todo estaba en orden y el desayuno perfecto.

    Clean and comfortable. Access to train and metro stations is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The huge park across the street is excellent for evening exercise, My room was a little noisy because it faced a busy road. If you are sensitive to noise then you should request an inside room. I would stay here again.

    From check in to check out the reception staff were cold, indifferent and unwelcoming. The room itself was tiny and dated. They had no tea and coffee facilities, no fridge and only 1 power outlet. There was a permanent strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway and paper thin walls. Its only saving grace is its location and the breakfast staff who were very friendly.
