The Manager was very helpful, the room was very clean and warm, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was within walking distance from the Pompeii ruins. Even though it was out of season, the staff worked very hard to make us feel comfortable

Lift/elevator was not suitable for a wheelchair user, can barley fit one inside

The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was a good size. Great location for entrance to the ruins.
The staff were not so friendly, the bath plug leaked, and the shower was hand-held. The swimming pool was closed but we were not informed of this before we arrived. The beds were very hard, and one very thin pillow was provided. The air con did not work. There was a festival the night we were there, but no one mentioned it, so when all the fireworks went off, I thought we were in the middle of a terror attack.
