Enjoyable - would stay again but not in the loft room.

The location of the property was excellent. The facilities were better than expected, especially with the spa. It was lovely you get to book your own session. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would 100% stay again and I look forward to coming back!

Great getaway near the sea

Great location near the beach and market place. Really beautiful and calm area. Staff helpful and smiling. Overall feeling was just what I needed to reset my mind and body.

Room was a bit small but it didn’t bother because I didn’t spend so much time there. Maybe breakfast could be updated a bit although there was everything.

Great location away close to everything but in a lovely quite established area. Some fabulous old buildings around. Very good breakfast.

Although we knew our room was basic size… It was difficult to stand up in nearly half of it due to the roof design. Bathroom had no window or venting so steamed up a lot. Loo was separate with no sink for washing hands.

It seemed that we were initially given the most basic compact room. The manager did change the room but this was to a disabled room, which presented its own problems. The stay should have been much nicer given the amount we had paid.

Lovely hotel with excellent breakfast in a great location.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the town centre, beach and the market. There was also parking on site. Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of delicious bread, cereals, jams etc. Our room had an extra large bed and plenty of space.

We first looked at standard room in the main hotel - we thought it needed some modernising - so we switched to a lovely room in the building across the street.

Bad

French air traffic control went on strike and my flight was cancelled, so I could not get to the hotel. I asked to move the booking dates but the hotel refused, so I lost all the booking fee £425. I was extremely disappointed with the attitude from the hotel.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Spotless & lovely contemporary style. Perfect location 2 mns from seafront, boutiques & restaurants & yet very quiet.

It was just what we wanted & decided to come back before our return to St Malo to catch the ferry to Portsmouth.

Room on the road rather noisy and then hot when the windows were closed. Would be very difficult in height of summer. No drinking water provided in room.

1. Was a little creepy when the guy invited himself into the room to show us how to turn the lights on and turn them off. Would be best if one was asked if they want a tour of their room. m sure the guy is nice but he seemed unprofessional. the rest of the staff was as professional as they come.

Exceptional

Nice place! Close to the ocean and bars. Great SPA facilities and very friendly personnel. They provided a parking place on the territory of their hotel and coffee with tasty fresh croissants in the morning for free :) The room was comfortable.

A few really minor things. 1. Paint on the walls in the SPA room and bathroom in some places is deformed due to high humidity. 2. It's only possible to use the SPA at 12:00-14:00 and 19:00-21:00. This is exactly lanch and dinner time(restaurants are open in France only at this time). So you have to decide whether to go to SPA and stay hungry or to eat but skip SPA :)
