Great hotel and location
Location is great. Close to market, good shopping, restaurants and the beach. Been here multiple times before
Room too small but there are others larger but we didn't get to move for a short stay

A lovely stopover to attend my nieces wedding in Nante.
We absolutely loved this hotel. Unfortunately we were only there for one night as on our way to Nante for a wedding. Would love to go back. Hotel catered for couples families. Older couples a very nice mix of people. Loved the location. Walking distance to the beach and lovely restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar area. Breakfast was the nicest we had in France, overall I love this hotel and will return for longer. Very dog friendly too.

Beautiful old world hotel with good restaurant in La Baule
Very pretty grounds with a garden for guests, a very good, reasonably priced restaurant, the location a short walk from the beach, clean comfortable room with nice amenities.
We only stayed one night so were in a smaller interior room - it was very nice, but the hotel is noted for its 'houses' in the garden so it felt a bit cramped.

Beautiful Hotel with individual properties hosting guest bedrooms Great air conditioning, very friendly staff good food
Could improve service standards Felt as though there was no one in charge setting standards. Staff very friendly & helpful but would benefit from service training- cleaning tables, clearing plates, giving attentive service when dining. Our room fob had to be presented 20/30 times before door unlocked which was frustrating We had communication issues with the staff who spoke very limited English which led to confusion and some misunderstanding This could be an outstanding hotel with improved service & staff training.

five star experience
everything! one of the nicest places ever. it felt like a five star hotel and was definitely a five star experience. the staff was exceptional. the room with the balcony was impeccable. great for having breakfast on the balcony or evening snack. the hotel is just across from the Notre Dame church so it was very quiet and in a very quaint neighborhood. the little touches also make all the difference: the delicious caramels left on the table, the gorgeous wallpaper, the softest slippers, excellent bed, the view, the service. loved it all!
the ashtray on the table. what is it with the French and smoking? wonder why they assume you smoke? most cases they don't.
