A perfect place for holidays

Everything that you excpect from a grand hotel: beautiful place, exceptional service, wonderful experience.

Everything was excellent, food, staff and hotel amenities were amazing. Room was really comfortable. Those beds and black out blinds gave me the best sleep I’ve had in ages!

This was a short family holiday which included 2 children - a real treat.

The hotel is in a beautiful situation and has a lovely outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast dining room was large enough to cater for many guests with a very pleasant outdoor terrace. The view from the Seaview rooms is wonderful. We enjoyed the restaurants on site.

The Air conditioning wasn't working!!!!! The weather was exceptionally warm so our rooms on the 6th floor, under the roof, were so hot. We were advised to keep the doors closed because of the mosquitos (which we can vouch for!) so we had no fresh air. We made a complaint after the first unbearably hot night and the deputy manager took action immediately to relocate us on lower floors in larger suites. It was still hot at night, but bearable, and the rest of our stay was superb.

Bad

Feeling very sad that such a hotel would not consider changing dates on my stay. My 18 year old niece was diagnosed with cancer in the past 2 weeks, so I canceled all of my european trip for further dates to be with her during her surgery and quimio treatment. All other 5 hotels (not 5 star) reserved, refunded my reservation deposits. Very sad, that the most expensive, does not have any humanity. SAD!

A fabulous hotel at France’s best-kept secret ocean resort

Fabulous staff made our stay a pleasure at this magnificent hotel that makes you feel at home. Incredible devotion to quality and elegance yet relaxed and surrounded by nature —the ocean and an immense 7 kilometer sandy beach and pine trees nearby. La Baule is also fantastic for vacation and easily reachable by fast train from Paris . Horse back riding , cycling, running , sailing and boating also featured as are great restaurants and even a casino

Une adresse au passé prestigieux,dont le service n’entre plus complètement dans le « costume «

La prévenance du personnel en général. Le restaurant de plage , et la beauté de l’hôtel et son emplacement.

Que l’on ne change pas le drap de lit « taché »!! Que l’on ne renouvelle pas le café de la machine dans la chambre. ! Manque d’attention du personnel au petit déjeuner,personne en salle , j’ai été me chercher une assiette tout seul pour tartiner mon pain. Ce qui n’est pas anormal dans un Hotel Ibis…

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man bekommt sehr viele Aufmerksamkeiten. Dazu ist die Lage phänomenal. Man öffnet das Fenster und kann das Meer sehen und hören.

Il servizio del bar Hermitage è pessimo: prezzi molto elevati e servizio volgare. Servono l’aperitivo senza portare nemmeno un tovagliolo di carta. Il spiaggia situazione orrenda: c’è un ragazzo che fa il bagnino che decide la collocazione dei lettini e degli ombrelloni, cancellando a suo piacimento le prenotazioni fatte da giorni. Inconcepibile per un albergo a cinque stelle

Wir waren äusserst zufrieden. Personal sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Parkservice top, Frühstück sensationell, Lage top,top, direkt am Strand. Pool und Liegebereich sehr schön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und auch verlängert (das hat auch toll geklappt)
