Nice clean and tidy
The security guy at this hotel was fabulous , for once it seems like he was the host . Welcoming and respectful
The young guy at reception, can’t remember his name but something Tathlaya, he needs to improve on his reception skills and bring some smile to his face.
We approached him and requested to check if early check in was available and his immediate response was NOT POSSIBLE, I mean you are at front desk and I totally understand that sometimes early check in is not available but there is a way to communicate this to customer who has been in long flight and you are the first one to answer in negative tone .

Room more spacious.
Bathroom shower glass are moving and my daughter fell down because of that.
