Hôtel 85 Saint Honore

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the 2nd Arrondisement and close to major attractions.

We got the ground floor double queen room (one was a pull out bed) which was disabled-friendly. Room was decent but old and not on the best condition. Wifi wasn’t the best.

The location was close to 2 different Metro stations. There were many nearby places to eat, making it convenient to find a dinner spot. The hotel included breakfast with many choices, which was a good feature. It was very walkable to many key places: the Louvre, Notre-Dame, d’Orsay Museum, & the Seine River.

The rooms & baths were very small, but it was OK for me with my granddaughter. The rooms were pretty close together also.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to The Louvre, Rue de Rivoli, the Seine, a variety of shops, cafes and Chatelet Les Halles. It's a good 20 minute walk to Notre Dame. The staff, front of house were polite and helpful. Once inside, I felt safe. The room was cleaned every day. A kettle and bottled water were provided. The courtyard hotel room was quiet, small but serviceable. You could open the courtyard windows when the room heated up.

The room's decor (dark brown and orange) was a little depressing and very dated. Neutral colours would enhance it. The wardrobe was tiny and the hangers were too wide for the space. It would have ben a good deal if a continental breakfast had been proved.
