Location, cleanliness, excellent restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely location, very central , exceptionally clean. When we arrived ( extremely tired) we were greeted by a very gracious lady who spoke excellent English, she was very welcoming , friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the bed was excellent, we slept amazingly well! The breakfast is a buffet of an excellent standard, home made yogurt and pastries, jam with delicious coffee, a rarity these days but good old fashioned French cuisine prevails here 👌Wonderful 💕

The patron was a sweet lady who could not do enough and personally waited on us at breakfast. Room was clean and the dinner was superb, even though we were the only guests dining.

We found our shower colder than is ideal. The heating in the bedroom was inadequate for the very cold subzero weather. We found ourselves locked out of the main reception, dining area of the hotel when going for Breakfast and could not exit from the fire escape door either as it was locked which is a bit alarming if there had been a fire in the night…..the only way we got out was by phoning reception. We had to guess the number and got it at the third attempt, there was no directory of numbers to dial by the phone.
