The location, cleanness, the restaurant, the breakfast and on the top of all the staff care and kindness. It is a very well maintained place to stay…around Chaumont. We felt at home …thank you Team.

We had problems finding a parking space

It very much feels like a family home from home and the welcome and location in the town is superb.

Nothing it is great, but the provision of parking isn’t really a service as there are no hotel spaces, but there is plenty of on street parking near by.

The patron was a sweet lady who could not do enough and personally waited on us at breakfast. Room was clean and the dinner was superb, even though we were the only guests dining.

We found our shower colder than is ideal. The heating in the bedroom was inadequate for the very cold subzero weather. We found ourselves locked out of the main reception, dining area of the hotel when going for Breakfast and could not exit from the fire escape door either as it was locked which is a bit alarming if there had been a fire in the night…..the only way we got out was by phoning reception. We had to guess the number and got it at the third attempt, there was no directory of numbers to dial by the phone.
