Location of the property, it was less than 1/2-mile to where we had our family gathering that day. The facility was clean and had lots of ammenities.

Front desk person was not there upon arrival, we had to wait for the person about 15-20 minutes not sure what happened, this was rightt about at 10 PM. When I arrived I was the first person waiting and While I was there three more parties arrived so there were a lot of people there waiting for the service. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, we were expecting something a little better than that based on the amount we paid for the room. This was one of the most expensive rooms in Juarez for the day.

A Stressful stay on the eve of My Wedding.

During my recent stay, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. There was no air conditioning throughout the property, including the lobby, hallways, restaurant, and, unfortunately, in the first room we were assigned. We checked in at 3 PM with the outside temperature at 101°, and the room felt more like a sauna than a hotel room. I immediately informed the front desk about the issue, but I couldn’t stay to ensure it was resolved as I had wedding preparations and errands to complete. When I returned later, the staff assured me the problem had been taken care of. However, when I headed upstairs, I discovered the elevators were out of service. After climbing five flights of stairs, I opened the door to my room only to be met again with overwhelming heat and humidity. At that point, I returned to the lobby and requested a new room. While I chose to remain calm and polite—especially given the stress of my wedding—I felt extremely let down. This was my first time ever writing a public review, and it’s unfortunate that it has to be a negative one. Hospitality is about more than just providing a room; it’s about creating an environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for. Simple gestures such as a warm greeting at check-in, asking about the purpose of the stay, offering assistance with heavy bags, and promptly resolving issues can make all the difference. Unfortunately, these elements were missing, and I did not feel that the level of service matched the price I paid.

Continental breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and flavor. The housekeeping staff was helpful and attentive.

Front desk clerks were less than friendly or helpful. They were not able to answer any basic questions. Also when I checked out I barely got a thank you. Usually clerks will ask about stay, if I was comfortable and or enjoyed hotel. Prices were a bit high for a basic hotel

Other people at the hotel arrived drunk. They were noisy and we woke up at the middle of the night. I dont like at all that. We were tired and It was terrible to listen this people for about one hour.

it was below my expectations

the staff is nice

For being a Hilton brand the property needs updates. The shower head was too rusty it had created mold, restroom not cleaned properly it had hairs all over the toilet and floor. The beds only two small pillows, I’ve stayed at a Choice Hotels property and their beds and pillows are way comfortable than these beds.

The room was clean and the pillows were nice and soft. The laundry was convenient.

We had to remind the front desk several times to clean our room and provide clean towels. I had to walk down to the lobby to pick up towels myself after they did not bring them to our room. I have stayed at Hampton Inn many times for business and this fell shot of my usual experience. When i return to Juarez, I will be staying at a different hotel. When awe asked the front dest to recommend a taxi to drive us across the boarder, they gave us a driver who was very expensive. We found a driver who was much less expensive.
