Had 3 reservation room, 204 room blinds were broken and sun was shining in at 7 a. Room 212 blinds and air conditioner was not working and room was hot. For breakfast There was a waffle machine but no ingredients to make the waffles. I understand that there might not have been waffles for that day, but they could pick up the machine, so people don’t think that there is waffles when there isn’t any. Awesome I understand it. It was in Mexico. And maybe they were trying to show us Mexican food, but maybe you should have other selections other than beans and spicy pork chicharrones, I don’t eat pork, so maybe they should’ve had another selection for people that can’t eat pork,. They did offer yogurt with fruit, fruit was fresh. Orange was excellent but coffee was cold. I have stayed at Hampton property in the USA many times and have never had these issues. Also there was not a coffee machine in the room. Front desk staff was very pleasant and apologize for all of these issues, but I know it was out of their hands

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. This hotel is far from Consulate and Restaurants. They do have a shuttle service which you have to schedule in advance. Over all we had a great experience I highly recommend this place .

The place is awesome! Great place to stay because there are many things close by. I try to book this hotel at least twice a year. However, it was very unfortunate that when coming back from my event at night I decided to take a shower and to my luck after leaving the shower lots of cockroaches started coming out. It was so crazy and disgusting. I went to the front desk and they switched me to the room across but I notice when checking out there was dead cockroaches in the hall. This was very disappointing and I doubt I come back to stay.
