    Every inch of the room facilities were great. But bear in mind, its not a free hotel parking lot. Need to use the valet parking for $45 or opt for Perth public parking using the EasyPark app.

    Very disappointed with this hotel. It is extremely dirty and badly in need of a complete renovation. There was mould everywhere, the bathroom taps and drain holes were covered in grime, and the windows were full of cobwebs and dirt. The room felt old and neglected. I requested a birthday surprise decoration before arrival, but nothing was done. I also requested a top-floor room and that request was ignored. The room itself was very basic and nothing like what was advertised. Parking was another disappointment. There were very limited spaces available, yet we still had to pay $45 per night. The photos on Agoda are very misleading. They make the hotel look modern and newly renovated, but the reality is completely different. It was a waste of money, and I would never stay here again. Save your money and book somewhere else.
