Central Hotel

We were happy to receive budget-priced accommodation in a central location, and received good service from the sole reception staff member who was on duty to meet us and open the locked front door of the hotel when we arrived just after 8 pm. Breakfast offered basic but adequate fare and a choice of one hot meal from four options. Our choices were tastily prepared by the friendly cook. We liked being able to open our downstairs room's window to get fresh air from the quiet and tree-lined adjacent street.

Our room had no refrigerator to place perishable food items, nor kettle to boil water. The WiFi signal in our downstairs room (adjacent to steep stairs leading to upstairs rooms) was poor. But when we stepped out of the room into the hallway, the signal was immediately as strong as what one would normally wish to have in the room itself.

Nice touch with a made-to-order breakfast (you need to order the night before though!)

Hotel location was very center and easy access, free parking. Clean spacious room

Very limited options for breakfast. Check out time was mentioned at 12:00 and at 11:15 we were greeted to a loud bang on our door asking us to vacate as soon as possible because they are closing the hotel. We still had 45 minutes more to go but seems the reception lady was in a hurry to go home. Never experienced such rude behavior before.
