There was a strange smell in the bathroom and we had to open the window to air it out at times.

I last stayed at this hotel in May 2023 and came back because of how much I enjoyed it. The rooms at Inger Hotel are new, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and multilingual and the property is a reflection of Narva itself - it feels like a modern Russian hotel, yet at the same time is also clearly European and the reception area and restaurant are welcoming spaces for all guests: Estonians, Russians, and foreigners alike. I also liked that the hotel is within walking distance to several important points of interest, such as Hermann Castle, the Pushkin monumnet, and the border crossing to Ivangorod, and has several shops and restaurants nearby. The day of my stay, I was also informed that Inger Hotel now has a partnership with a local pool in the area, which is offered to all guests for their use. I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Narva, I will certain stay here again!

Clean and very convenient for my work

Cheap furniture, no carpet in the room, ridiculous room layout, no international channels on tv, bar and restaurant shut at 8pm. No shower curtain, single duvet on a double bed? What’s that for? Incredibly thin mattress and quilt
