Technology is amazing! The host share an app which we used to get access to the apartment. The apartment was very well equiped, neat and location was great. Loverly restaurants and coffee shops close by. Very close to public transport.
Just wish they had a proper shower and not one over the bath in the main bedroom.

Communication was welcoming, quick and precise. The apartment was everything that we needed / wanted and more. Spacious, clean, perfect location. The staff was very friendly and always at hand if & when needed without being intrusive. All in all, met and even exceeded expectations for our family stay.

Everything was as described. Location was great - near the metro and lots of great restaurants nearby. Not too touristy but not too remote. Communication was excellent despite no in-person contact. App was easy to use. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family.
Wish there was a place to store luggage if arriving before check in. There was a nearby location using the Bounce app, but still would have preferred to leave it in a safe place in the building.

Loved the location, facilities and terrace. Lots of nice eating places in walking distance. The bull ring shopping centre had fabulous restaurants and a panoramic view.
